I personally enjoy adding MCT oil powder to my coffee (MCT is a whole food, by the way, made from coconut) and use a magnesium supplement, but those are by no means compulsory. Most of the population in western countries are magnesium deficient so this is something you should take (and may already) no matter what you eat.
