Keep an eye on your inbox for a welcome email from me! If you don’t see it within 24 hours, be sure to check your promotions or other folders. Remember to add [email protected] to your contact list so I go right to your inbox every time.
If you use Gmail and you don’t see my email, follow these steps to make sure you don’t miss any emails and the start of the challenge:
Step 1: Look under the “Promotions” tab and find the Welcome email from Appetite For Energy. Click and drag it over to the “Primary” tab.
Step 2: A box pops up at the top of the screen and asks if you want it to do this for future messages – click YES.
If you still haven’t received the Welcome email, then email me directly at [email protected] and I’ll sort it out.
Here’s how the challenge works:
You’ll receive an email from me with the guidelines for the 30 Minute Low-Carb Challenge for the next 10 days. This email will explain how the challenge works. The challenge includes:
- 10 Day Meal Plan – easy to follow with different options for breakfasts, lunch, dinners and snacks
- Recipes – all can be prepared in 30 minutes (or less!)
