Skip the dairy and charge up your brain with a steaming hot mug of dairy-free bulletproof coffee. This easy recipe is just as good, if not better than the original version.Â
I love this recipe from the book, The Keto Beginning by Leanne Vogel of Healthfulpursuit.com for when I feel like a lighter, dairy-free bulletproof coffee. It is part of the 30 Day Meal plan in the book which is a great, easy plan to follow.
For the original bulletproof coffee recipe which contains butter, created by Dave Asprey from bulletproof.com click here.

I made mine cold and added sugar free vanilla syrup! YUMM!
That sounds delicious….perfect for sweltering hot days!
I have updated the recipe to use unsweetened coconut milk such as Silk Unsweetened Coconut Milk 🙂
Just a FYI. It’s not possible for this recipe to only have 150 calories.

110 calories: 1/3 cup coconut milk
Negligible calories: 1/4 tsp vanilla powder

As you can see – this has at least 230 calories.
Hi Monika,
I’ve just had a look at this as I agree the calories seem low. There seems to be huge variation in the calories in unsweetened coconut milk. I have used this one:
So Delicious Unsweetened Coconut milk :https://www.fatsecret.com/calories-nutrition/so-delicious/coconut-milk-unsweetened
I will look into this a bit further. I appreciate you bringing it up!
