Where does full fat milk sit if I can have heavy cream, cheese etc why is full fat milk not listed?
Anna Mazlin
Full fat milk is not listed as surprisingly, it is high in carbs, whereas cream, cheese etc have a low carb count. 1 cup of full fat milk containe 11.5g net carbs!
