Keto Green Smoothie SnackGreen Keto Smoothie

Ingredients:

½ medium avocado
½ cup kale
½ cucumber
½ inch ginger root
½ cup coconut water (120ml)
¾ cup water (180ml)
Handful of ice
1 tbsp chia seeds
1-2 tbsp MCT oil or coconut oil
8 drops of liquid Stevia

Method:

Put ingredients in a high speed blender, adding the ice last.
Blend until smooth and creamy.
Serves 1
Per serving: 511 Calories; 48.4g Fat; 6.6g Protein; 23.3g Total Carbohydrate; 13.2g Fiber; 10.1g Net Carbs

Ingredients
  • • ½ medium avocado
  • • ½ cup kale
  • • ½ cucumber

  • • ½ cup coconut water (120ml)
  • • ¾ cup water (180ml)
  • • Handful of ice
  • • 1 tbsp chia seeds
  • • 1-2 tbsp MCT oil (I like Brain Octane for its high quality) or coconut oil
  • • 8 drops of liquid Stevia
Instructions
  1. Put ingredients in a high speed blender, adding the ice last.
  2. Blend until smooth and creamy.
Notes
Tip: Drink half of the smoothie and keep the rest in the fridge for later in the day.
