This is a wonderfully refreshing green keto smoothie for weight loss will power up fat burning. Whiz everything up in your blender and enjoy! I’m a huge fan of my Nutri Ninja IQ blender for smoothies as it’s simple to use, powerful and easy to clean.

 

Green Keto Smoothie

 

I’ve used MCT oil in this delicious green smoothie recipe because:

  1. It boosts the fat content
  2. It enhances mental clarity
  3. It helps to trigger fat burning or the state of ketosis which powers weight loss
  4. MCT oil has no taste compared to coconut oil which is strong in taste

You could also use MCT oil powder, as it is gentler on the stomach.

You'll love this supercharged green keto smoothie which will power weight loss and burn fat! This recipe is easy to make and full of healthy fats and veggies. It's low-carb, ketogenic and gluten-free.

Ingredients

  • 1/2 medium avocado
  • 1/2 cup kale
  • 1/2 cucumber
  • 1/2 inch ginger root
  • 1/2 cup coconut water
  • 3/4 cup water
  • Handful of ice
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1 tbsp MCT oil
  • 8 drops liquid Stevia
US Customary - Metric

Instructions

  1. Put ingredients in a high speed blender, adding the ice last.
  2. Blend until smooth and creamy.

Recipe Notes

Tip: Drink half of the smoothie and keep the rest in the fridge for later in the day.
